Digital products are available for immediate download.
I no longer ship any physical products.
International customers
International customers can purchase downloadable products, like guides.
Returns & refunds
Digital products
You have 15 calendar days to request a refund for a digital product purchase.
To be eligible for a return, you must have experienced a delivery problem or a download issue, or must send a written explanation why the product is not satisfactory and/or is not accurately described on the website. We reserve the right to deny refund requests if explanations are unsatisfactory.
Refunds
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
