Room setup & A/V

I will bring:

  • Personal laptop with appropriate electrical cords and software
  • Wireless presentation remote/laser pointer
  • Backpacking gear for demonstration and display
  • Giveaways from sponsors and raffle tickets

Please provide:

  • Venue and seating suitable for expected audience
  • Digital projector with VGA male input or HDMI male input
  • Screen, with size being suitable for expected audience
  • Sound system that can be plugged into a 3.5-mm computer headphone jack (for slideshow only, not clinic)
  • Microphone & speakers if audience exceeds ~100 people, depending on venue acoustics
  • Two or three long folding tables for gear display
  • One small or large table for book signing
